So on May 11th, my family, friends and I are all going to be running "the most magical 5k on earth." It is called the Neon Splash Dash. I am very excited because it is the first 5k that I have ever done and because you get really messy while doing it. My friend has done a bunch of them so she would be the expert on them.
I am also excited because all the money gets donated to people in need. I always love volunteering so this is just another way for me to lend a hand to help others while having a good time. I usually help out by working in food banks or at other organizations such as St. Mary's Food Bank, Feed My Starving Children, and at my church.

This sounds like a very cool race, and I was actually considering on running it because running is what I like to do. Hopefully in the future I have a chance of running one of these. Have fun!
